The rules or simple-- you play it like any other bingo game, except that every time you draw a new piece, participants have to perform that exercise. For the sports activities--like throw a free throw, soccer, kick, baseball bat swing- just go through the motions. Depending on how hard you want to make it, you can make each person do the activity for anywhere from 10 to 60 seconds.
